Аннотация

Алкогольный делирий — грозное осложнение тяжелого алкогольного абстинентного синдрома. Он нередко формируется у пациентов стационаров и отделений анестезиологии и реанимации в результате вынужденного прекращения употребления алкоголя. Его формирование связано с увеличением сроков пребывания в стационаре и летальности. В обзоре рассматриваются современные подходы к диагностике, особенно ранней, этого состояния, его интенсивной терапии и методам немедикаментозной коррекции.
