Левосимендан представляет собой сенситизатор кальция, который был разработан для внутривенного использования у стационарных пациентов с декомпенсированной сердечной недостаточностью (СН). Эффективность и хорошая переносимость препарата были доказаны в широкомасштабных исследованиях. В обзоре приведены экспериментальные и клинические данные о препарате, рассмотрены основные механизмы действия и эффекты левосимендана, отдельно изложены рекомендации по применению левосимендана у кардиохирургических пациентов.
