Аннотация
В статье отражены основные положения клинических рекомендаций Федерации анестезиологов и реаниматологов России по послеоперационному обезболиванию. Последовательно представлены классификация, этиология и патогенез послеоперационной боли, основные принципы и алгоритмы диагностики болевого синдрома, а также схемы регионарной и системной фармакотерапии боли в разных областях хирургии. Подробно описана мультимодальная анальгезия как ключевая концепция современного подхода к лечению послеоперационной боли. Вся информация, представленная в статье, основана на данных доказательной медицины, полученных отечественными и зарубежными исследователями.
