Аннотация

В обзоре рассматривается диагностика и коррекция железодефицитной анемии во время беременности и в периоперационном периоде в рамках концепции «менеджмента крови пациента». Обсуждаются особенности диагностики анемии и верификации железодефицитного состояния во время беременности, этапы коррекции с использованием пероральных и внутривенных препаратов железа, трансфузии аллогенных эритроцитов и аппаратной реинфузии крови. Представлены данные о преимуществе внутривенных препаратов железа для коррекции железодефицитного состояния и железодефицитной анемии во время беременности и в периоперационном периоде.
