Аннотация

В обзоре рассматриваются возможности прогнозирования преэклампсии (ПЭ) и ее осложнений, современные критерии диагностики гипертензивных гестационных нарушений, а также тактика их интенсивной терапии. Особое внимание уделяется обеспечению анестезиологического пособия при оперативном родоразрешении у пациенток с ПЭ и ее осложнениями. Информация, предложенная в обзоре, дает возможность определить единую терминологию и сформировать единые доказательные междисциплинарные подходы к диагностике и лечению ПЭ, что позволит улучшить исходы лечения тяжелых форм ПЭ и эклампсии.
