Аннотация

Хронические врожденные и приобретенные заболевания центральной нервной системы — это гетерогенная группа заболеваний, этиология и патогенез которых достаточно разнообразен, связан с повреждением как головного, так и спинного мозга. К таким заболеваниям относят последствия острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения, внутричерепную гипертензию, болезнь Альцгеймера, болезнь Паркинсона, болезнь Хантингтона, эпилепсию, рассеянный склероз, последствия полиомиелита, боковой амиотрофический склероз, сирингомиелию, последствия травмы спинного мозга. В обзоре представлены подходы к предоперационной оценке и подготовке, выбору метода анестезии и препаратов для анестезии, тактика миоплегии у пациентов с заболеваниями центральной нервной системы.
