Аннотация

Крионевролиз, крионейроабляция, криоанальгезия (КА) — один из эффективных интервенционных методов лечения болевого синдрома, обеспечивающий качественное длительное обезболивание путем низкотемпературного разрушения нервных оболочек чувствительных или смешанных нервов. Наш обзор посвящен истории использования холода для лечения боли, описанию физических основ метода и оборудования, используемого для КА, различных клинических аспектов и технических особенностей проведения процедуры, а также показаниям и противопоказаниям. В обзоре приводятся клинические примеры различных состояний, которые поддаются лечению с использованием интервенционных методов.
