Аннотация

В работе приведен анализ данных литературы, преломленный через более чем десятилетний собственный клинический опыт авторов в решении тактических и анестезиологических проблем у беременных с различной интракраниальной патологией (опухоли мозга различной гистологии и локализации, артериальные аневризмы, артериовенозные мальформации, синус-тромбозы, черепно-мозговая травма и спинальная нейрохирургическая патология). Отдельно рассматриваются такие актуальные проблемы, как использование регионарных методик анестезии при наличии внутричерепного объема, целесообразность фетального мониторинга при нейрохирургических вмешательствах, возможный тератогенный эффект анестетиков и других препаратов.
