Аннотация

Актуальность. Для выполнения исследований, направленных на решение проблем, проверку имеющихся и формулирование новых гипотез, принятие решения или суждения по какой-либо проблеме, часто применяют метод Дельфи и его модификации. В последние годы применение этого метода в исследованиях в разных областях медицины набирает популярность, тем не менее при анализе российских рекомендательных медицинских документов методика практически не применяется.

Цель систематического обзора. Описать особенности применения метода Дельфи в экспертной оценке рекомендаций и оценить его применение в анестезиологии и интенсивной терапии.

Материалы и методы. Поиск публикаций производился в электронных базах данных PubMed и Российского индекса научного цитирования. Дата последнего поискового запроса 15 января 2021 г. Поиск проводили по ключевым словам «clinical practice», «anesthesia intensive care guidelines», «clinical practice guidelines», «anesthesia intensive care guidelines», «Delphi method», «метод Дельфи».

Результаты. В данном обзоре описаны принципы применения метода Дельфи, его достоинства и ограничения, приведены примеры его применения в клинических исследованиях и при анализе и разработке рекомендаций применительно к анестезиологии-реаниматологии и интенсивной терапии. На примере анализа рекомендаций показана реализация оценки качества разрабатываемых положений.

Заключение. Дельфийский анализ может быть применен для оценки адекватности и эффективности предлагаемых в рамках рекомендаций методов диагностики и лечения.
