Abstract

We describe awake craniotomy successfully performed in patient with cerebral aneurysm of anterior part of Wilious circle. Dynamic neurological control during tested arterial occlusion didn’t show any worsening, and aneurysm was permanently occluded without vascular anastomosis and any complications.
