Abstract

In this article, an analysis of 51 court decisions against anesthetists-resuscitators for the period from 2015 to 2019 is carried out available in open databases. The most significant and frequently committed defects in the provision of medical care associated with ensuring airway patency and catheterization of the great vessels were determined.
